THERE ARE THREE (3) STEPS INVOLVED
Assembly is easy and efficient. Once it is done it is a permanent solution. The Seal has a lifetime guarantee so there are no worries.
Supplies and tools needed:
- Air chuck for cleaning chamber where pins goes through impact wrench and opened-end box wrench for mounting bolts
- Hammer and flat screwdriver if chamber is packed full of dirt
- Paper towels for cleaning drill opener chamber sidewalls and pins
- 12” strip of emery cloth or 1 sheet of extra fine sand paper
- Bottle of Windex, or spray degreaser
Included in Genius Seal Program:
- Genius Seals (GS’s) that are made of Irogran PS441-400
- Cup shaped steel dust caps, for GS’s
- Spacers
